Day 1: Pick up from Nairobi and transfer to Amboseli National Park; go for afternoon game drive in the park.

Day 2: Mornnig game drive and transfer back to Nairobi 

Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Amboseli national park

Early morning pickup from the airport or hotel in Nairobi. Leave Nairobi and travel less than five hours to Amboseli National Park, which is located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. After a quick game drive, you will arrive at your lodge, settle in, and eat lunch. At your hotel, check in. Additional game drives later in the afternoon. Photographers can capture beautiful scenery on Mount Kilimanjaro. In the marsh area, they can spot buffalo, cheetahs, lions, and elephants. Dinner and stay at AA Lodge Amboseli or Amboseli Serena Lodge later.

Day 2: Another game drive and transfer back to Nairobi

Take an early game drive before returning to your lodge to have breakfast. Check out after breakfast and bring a packed lunch for a second game drive. One of Kenya’s most visited parks is the Amboseli National Parks. Amboseli, which means “salty dust” in Maasai, is one of the best sites in Africa to get up close and personal with enormous herds of elephants. Here, ecologists can study five distinct ecosystems, including the savannah, woods, wetlands with sulfur springs, and the dried-up bottom of Lake Amboseli. Drive a game drive until noon or so. After leaving the park, it takes about five hours to drive to Nairobi. You will land in Nairobi in the evening, between five and six o’clock, and then be dropped off at your hotel or airport.
