Day 1: Travel by 4×4 safari car to Masai Mara National Reserve from Nairobi

You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the Masai Mara national reserve on the first day of your four-day safari to witness the wildebeest migration. Along the trip, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views  of the Great Rift Valley Escarpments as you go from the city to the countryside. Get to your lodge in time for lunch, and then spend the afternoon going on a game drive where you can see a wide range of species.


The Masai Mara National Reserve is an amazing place to see a variety of migratory and native animal species. It is also the site of the yearly wildebeest migration, which is referred to as the “World’s Wildlife World Cup.” Every year, nearly 2 million wildebeests and tens of thousands of gazelles and zebras travel from the Serengeti National Park’s grasslands to Masai Mara. You can see enormous herds of wildebeests as well as other creatures like cape buffalo, rhinos, zebras, gazelles, leopards, and hartebeests on the afternoon game drive. Go back to your lodge to spend the night and supper.

Day 2: Take in the entirety of the day at the Masai Mara National Reserve

On the second day of your four-day Masai Mara wildebeest migration safari, you will rise early, eat breakfast at your lodge, and then embark on a full-day game drive across the endless plains of Masai Mara, where you will have the opportunity to see the wildebeest migration while enjoying a picnic lunch. Additionally, you will be able to witness other creatures that are participating in the migration, like Thomson and Grant’s gazelles, zebras, and elands.

This day, the second of your four-day Masai Mara Wildebeest Migration Safari, begins early. After breakfast provided by your lodge, you will drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve for a full day of game viewing, during which you can watch the wildebeest migration while enjoying a picnic lunch. The migration of the wildebeest and other species, like as zebras, elands, and others. July through October is the greatest time to witness the most spectacular wildebeest migration. You will witness several species in addition to the wildebeests, including lions, buffaloes, giraffes, cheetahs, and many more. After this amazing day, enjoy a picnic lunch by the banks of the River Mara, which is crossed by the wildebeest migration. Later that evening, spend the night at the lodge.

Day 3: Spending an additional full day at the Masai Mara National Reserve

You will have the opportunity to return to Masai Mara National Reserve after breakfast for an amazing full day of searching for migratory birds, animals, and other wildlife species that you might have missed on your last game drive, you can choose to opt for other tracks that you did not drive through the previous days  during the game drive .After lunch, you might choose to join one of the community walks to gain additional insight into Masai culture as you pass through their communities.

Day 4:   Morning game drive and transfer to Nairobi national park

This is the final day of our 4 days Masai Mara Wildebeest Migration Safari. After breakfast, you’ll go on a morning game drive to spend your final moments with animals like zebras, cheetahs, African elephants, rhinos, and elephants. Afterward, you’ll return to your lodge, have a few snacks, check out, and drive back to Nairobi, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport in time for your departure flight.
